Upon arriving at the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to
fill out. This paperwork provides us with general information about
yourself and your condition. For your convenience, most of the
paperwork is available on our site so that you may complete the forms
ahead of time.

In order for the doctor to fully understand what the actual problem is,
he/she will ask various questions related to your condition. The doctor
will then perform a number of specialized tests to determine which
tissues are affected and to what extent. If necessary, x-rays will be taken.

When the examination is completed, patients will generally be provided
with their first treatment during this same visit. This will include:

Gentle Spinal Adjustments
Physio-therapies such as Ultra-Sound or Electrical Stimulation
Moist Heat or Ice Application,
Soft Tissue Therapies.such as Massage and ART (Active Release Technique)
Exercise and Stretching

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities
or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat
application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as
well as home exercises and/or stretches.
