I can’t get up and down off the floor easily, so is it possible to do this on a bed? Also, you said it would be good for the muscles in the front of my thigh but this just shows the backs of the legs. How do I use it for the front of my leg? Thanks!
You will get the most benefit by using it on a hard surface. Try using it against the wall if you can’t get down low. The wall allows you to control how much pressure, so it also helps if your muscles are really tender.
